1. Use the website navigation at the top of the page (perfumes.) or use the search box at the top right of the page to locate items you are looking for.
2. Once you find an item, choose the size (where applicable) and quantity. Then, click the add to bag button.
3. You can review your items by clicking on the quintesscent bag button at the top right of the screen. To remove any items in your bag, simply click the remove button, or update quantity button to change the number of an item.
4. When you are ready to make a purchase, click the checkout button and follow the steps to complete your transaction.
Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. Please note this does not guarantee the merchandise is available.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping details and a tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
To cancel an order email customer service at info@quintesscent.com. Once an item has shipped, an order cannot be canceled.
You have an option to cancel the order and place a new one. Please email customer service at info@quintesscent.com
Yes. You can purchase a gift card online. Quintesscent accepts the following payment methods:

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Yes. During the checkout process on the “Payment & order review” page, please type in your gift card number located on the back of the card, into the gift cards box and click apply. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift cards cannot be used on pre-orders.

Unfortunately, you cannot use more than one (1) credit card on a single order. However, you can use your credit card and a quintesscent gift card.
At this time, we cannot ship to multiple addresses for the same order.
Delivery occurs in 3-6 business days after processing begins Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.
Yes. We offer complimentary gift wrapping. Simply check the gift wrap box upon check out. You can also include a personal gift message.
We use ssl technology with a secure server so that personal information that you enter is sent in an encrypted form which is not readable by third parties. You are able to recognise your entry into our secure area by the change of ‘http’ to ‘https’ within the address bar.
Website payment is taken in the online checkout process at the time you confirm your order, subject to card approval. We do try to maintain accurate stock records on our website; however should an item you ordered be out of stock a customer services representative will contact you as soon as possible. Telephone/fax/post payment is taken at the time the order is processed prior to dispatch.
